Lately I’ve been feeling really unhappy with my weight,my lack of fitness, etc. You get the idea right? Enough!
I’ve started to walk in the evenings a few days a week (it should be more frequent). I started a Yoga class, which I love. And then yesterday I saw a friend share this on Facebook and it caught my eye.
I am going to do the Squat Challenge!
