We just heard about this class action lawsuit for those that bought dairy products and wanted to share it with you. In the past we’ve been skeptical about these types of lawsuits. However, last year we did receive a check for around $30 from a Kashi settlement!

How to file the claim

To start the simple claim process, visit BoughtMilk.com and fill in the form. It takes about 10 seconds! You will get a confirmation screen that pops up when you are done and will be contacted by email if you are eligible.

Why not give it a whirl?

You do not have to provide receipts but may have to prove your residency in order to receive a payout. Those who submit a claim may opt for cash, with no proof of purchase required. If final approval is granted to the settlement, class members who have filed valid and timely claims will receive cash payments distributed directly into an online account of their choosing, e.g., Amazon, PayPal or Google Wallet account.

The claim needs to be filed online by 1/31/17. You can mail a claim to Fresh Milk Products Antitrust Litigation, PO Box 43430, Providence, RI 02940-3430.
